THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS GOVERN THE PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY COMPETITION ORGANISED BY GOLD TIK VACATIONS. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: The holiday competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of the organising company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: Participants can enter the competition by answering a skill based question before purchasing a ticket at the designated price. Each ticket purchased will count as one entry into the competition. A custom form must be filled out by participants and each entry must be received by the deadline date of the competition.
3. Prize: The prize for the holiday competition will allow the winner to bring a plus 1. Prizes may be upgraded to 3 or 4 people if 100% of tickets are sold. Prize winners must allow a minimum of 6 week for reservations in any of the UK Spa Breaks prizes and a minimum of 12 weeks for any of the holiday prizes won outside of the UK. Once the dates have been agreed between Gold Tik Vacations and the prize winner they will receive booking confirmation with in 48 hours of the agreed date. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4. Draw: The winner of the holiday competition will be selected through a random draw conducted by the organising team at Gold Tik Vacations. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone live once the draw concludes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the holiday competition.
7. Privacy: Personal information received from participants will be used only for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Changes: The organising company reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.
9. Governing Law: The holiday competition and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of [country]. Any disputes arising from the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction].
10. Fair Play: Any fraudulent or suspicious activities detected in relation to the holiday competition, including but not limited to tampering with entries, will result in disqualification.

13. Accommodation and Transportation: The holiday package includes accommodation and transportation as specified in the prize details. Any additional expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner.
14. Health and Safety: The winner must ensure they are in good health and able to travel before embarking on the holiday package. The organising company will not be liable for any health-related issues that may arise during the trip.
15. Winner’s Acceptance: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release the organising company from any liability arising from participation in the holiday competition or acceptance and use of the prize.
16. Prize Redemption: The winner must claim the holiday prize within a specified timeframe as communicated by the organising company. Failure to claim the prize within the designated period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
17. Transferability: The holiday prize is transferable to another individual. The winner may volunteer or nominate a friend or family member to receive the prize.
18. Changes to Prize: The organising company reserves the right to substitute the holiday prize with another of equal or greater value if unforeseen circumstances require such a change.
19. Tax Obligations: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with winning the holiday prize. The organising company will not cover any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving the prize.
20. Feedback and Promotion: The winner may be required to provide feedback on their holiday experience for promotional purposes. This feedback may be used in marketing materials or on the organising company’s website or social media channels.
21. Code of Conduct: The winner must conduct themselves appropriately during the holiday package and adhere to any rules or regulations set by the accommodation or transportation providers. Any misconduct may result in the termination of the holiday prize without compensation.
22. Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless to the organising company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the holiday competition or acceptance of the prize.
